Thanks, Sarah! They are called "Hemingway" by Report (perfect for me, huh?) and are easily one of my favorite pairs of sandals ever. I got them at Nordstrom Rack in the spring, and an internet search turns up no results, but these look most similar: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=report+sandal+lynne&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Areport+sandal+lynne (I kind of want those turquoise ones myself!)
